- Express Shipping: Available upon request, with estimated delivery of 2-4 business days.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Shipping Areas
- We currently ship to all countries which have not banned nicotine pouches.
- Please note, due to regulations, we cannot ship to certain locations. If your order is restricted due to local laws, you will be notified during checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- You can track your order on our website or directly through the carrier’s site.
Shipping Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@nordicfulfillment.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
- Nordic Fulfillment is not liable for any customs delays, which are beyond our control.
